An Experienced Advocate

Our founder, Hank Judin, worked as a prosecutor in the Dallas District Attorney’s office before going into private practice with his father as a trial litigator. Since 1989, he has focused exclusively on representing clients accused of first time DWI, multiple DWI, drug charges, and other misdemeanors and felonies.

Hank Judin is one of a select group of lawyers in our state who have been Board Certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

His experience, integrity, and dedication to his clients' interests has gained him the respect of his peers in the legal profession — including an AV* rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and recognition as a Texas SuperLawyer for the years 2003 to 2006.
